KELLER HCW – A keyria COMPANY

The new design of  KELLER HCW’s internet presentation symbolises the current, dynamic development of a whole industrial group: modernisation and change on the one hand, continuity and sticking to proven methods on the other hand. Since its joining the Groupe Legris Industries in 2006, the Ceric Group is operating as a Legris Industries Group Division. From now on, this division will be known under its new branding keyria – it has its headquarters in Paris and is led by an internationally experienced management team.
• Chief Executive Officer and Chairman Charles-Antoine de Barbuat
• Chief Operating Officer Jean-Jacques Wagner
• Vice President – Finance, Tax and Legal Rémy Jeannin
• Vice President – Innovation and Technology Bernard Peuch
• Vice President – Strategy, Marketing and Organisation Guillaume Baril
keyria – stands for five engineering business units, that bring together unique expertise to realise projects ranging from process to packaging equipment as well as from single components to turnkey solutions:
• ADLER • CERIC • KELLER • MORANDO • EQUIPCERAMIC
Each of these engineering business units works autonomously and has its own management board and channel of distribution.
The unit KELLER comprises the German companies KELLER HCW in Ibbenbüren-Laggenbeck, Rieter-Werke in Constance and novoceric Transportanlagen GmbH in Mellrichstadt.
The close cooperation of these three companies, which together share the motto "Professionals in Heavy Clay Works", guarantees a future with innovative as well as economic solutions.
Because of the new organisational structure, the management within the companies has also changed:
Within the companies belonging to the unit KELLER, Jean-Jacques Wagner (as Chief Executive Officer) as well as Laurenz Averbeck and Karsten Biermann form the management board of KELLER HCW. Dieter Schäufler and Karsten Biermann share the management of Rieter-Werke. The management of novoceric Transportanlagen GmbH continues to lay in the responsibility of Robert Kohl and Bernd Endrich.
Ulrich Hagemann takes over the position as General Sales Manager of KELLER HCW.
Besides the engineering business units, two international service organisations will be set up in the future, which will act in an across-the-keyria companies-manner:
• keyriaLabs for the central guidance of laboratory activities as well as of research and development activities concerning future technologies, emission reduction and energy saving • keyria INTERNATIONAL as a worlwide acting service network guarantees its customers a fast and individual support in economical and technical matters.
