SABO burners by Cerabud Poland

At the beginning of 2010, SABO reconstructed successfully a new gas firing zone for the factory of CERABUD SA (CRH Group) in Poland. The new firing zone was designed to fire up to 200 tons/day of Polish brick and thermo block.
The project involved the installation of SABO gas pre fire burners and normal gas SABO burners.
The process of installation lasted only 5 days and the change of old heavy oil burners with the new SABO gas pre fire burners and SABO normal gas burners was done without the Kiln to be stopped. After one week of the operation the kiln achieved 100% of the designed capacity.
In this way the change has been performed with the minimum possible disruption of the production process. This sort period was achieved thanks to good cooperation and the efforts of factory staff and management.
