Adler Technologies offers total control over concrete product manufacturing at Saudi Build - Riyadh

For over 30 years, Adler Technologies has worked hard at understanding and controlling every aspect of concrete, and thus to provide innovative solutions to help its customers optimise their business and operational performance.

Adler Technologies will come and meet its future customers as it takes part in Saudi Build, the international event for building materials and techniques being held next October 16th to 19th.

Adler Technologies has complete control over the manufacturing process it has developed for concrete products, a mastery which the company has developed as it followed and anticipated changes in the market and in its customers' requirements.

The lines of equipment produced by Adler Technologies are versatile and they are scalable: single- or double-line vibrating presses, comprehensive handling and conveying systems (transfer cars, palletising equipment, robots), calibration by machining of one or both sides, insulation insertion into blocks, all kinds of moulds featuring such brands as Demler, Pierre & Bertrand, Balbinot, Minato, Sodeem and Brouiller, horizontal or vertical batching plants with a capacity of 10 to 60 cubic metres per hour. Adler Technologies is in a position to supply a complete turnkey plant; including buildings and curing chambers...

An acknowledged specialist in concreting trains, Adler Technologies has taken part in the achievement of prestigious tunnels like the Channel Tunnel - Europe's greatest project - and, more recently, the 57-kilometre Saint-Gothard tunnel, the world's longest.

Adler Technologies has recently boosted the versatility and performance of its solutions in terms of handling and conveying by teaming up with partner FIMEC Technologies. Putting a finishing touch to the process, Adler Technologies provides comprehensive automated production solutions devoted to prefab. The entire operational cycle, from storing aggregates to the finished product is offered complete with simple and convivial end-to-end process management.

Adler Technologies already enjoys solid references worldwide. It now plans on reinforcing its presence in the Middle East, and will be exhibiting at the French Pavilion, supported by UBIFRANCE, the French Agency for international Business Development, in Hall 2 - Booth 405.
